This whole system is a joke, they split it up to make it a more fair system? Nelson County will compete for the D1 title yet they have more students than half of Region D Division 2.

It's really terrible, could you imagine St. Paul or somebody playing them for the state title? Altavista which is probably one of about 3-4 that could beat them have to play them in the regional semi-finals. This system is terrible, they would've been better off to leave it alone.
